Group Presentation at the Association of Institutional Investors

The presentation of the group to the Association of Institutional Investors was successfully held at the offices of the Athens Stock Exchange. The presentation was attended by Nikos Parcharidis, Managing Director of Vitamin Media A.E., Charalampos Dimitrakopoulos, President and CEO of the Group, and Theoharis Tsiroploulos, Business Development Director and responsible for investor relations (IR).

Softweb, with a steadfast mission to enhance the digital extroversion of businesses, presented the market in which it has always operated: the market of Ecosymmetry. This is a new, distinct category in the field of information technology, which Softweb itself introduced as terminology to accurately describe the new era of digital transformation. The term combines the concepts of “ecosystem” and “symmetry”, expressing the ability of businesses to communicate dynamically, structured, and symmetrically with their external environment — customers, partners, human resources.

The message from Softweb is clear:
“From Computerization to Ecosymmetry!”

This is not just a technological transition, but a strategic choice. Computerization refers to internal digitization. In contrast, Ecosymmetry focuses on the extroverted, dynamic, and interactive operation of the business. Softweb considers it essential to provide a clear term for this emerging market, so that the business world can distinguish it and consciously invest in this new digital reality. As noted, those businesses that do not do so risk stagnation.

The commercial activity of Softweb is organized into four pillars:
1. the development of business software (SBS),
2. communication and advertising services – digital first, through Vitamin Media,
3. the production of Bespoke software,
4. solutions for the public sector.

The Group’s growth is initially based on organic strengthening — in 2024, there was a 32% increase in human resources, while commercial and operational functions were strengthened in Athens and Thessaloniki. At the same time, Softweb is strategically developing through acquisitions, preferring structures that combine cash and shares, targeting either complementary services or strengthening its core activities.

The recent acquisition of Vitamin Media A.E. enhanced the Group’s capabilities in the field of digital marketing. As Mr. Nikos Parcharidis stated, “at a technical level it is an acquisition, at an operational level it is a merger,” aiming to create a unified structure with the slogan: “Technology meets creativity.”

Mr. Tsiroploulos presented the key financial indicators for 2024: a turnover of 1.83 million euros (+21%), EBITDA of 450 thousand euros (+12%), the group’s cash reserves as of 31.12.2024 amounted to 1.09 million euros, equity amounted to 1.65 million euros and zero bank debt. (The aforementioned financial figures do not include the figures of Vitamin Media A.E.). Recurring revenues reach 30% and are increasing.

The history of Softweb began in 2008 in Thessaloniki, where it remains headquartered. With 70 executives and over 1,100 clients, it has implemented more than 1,800 projects, aiming to be a strategic partner in the digital journey of every business.

The vision is clear: To lead in the Ecosymmetry market, guiding businesses into the next era of extroverted, symmetrical digital operation.
